About Project:
Kāinga Ora at 139 Greys Ave in central Auckland will be the largest single building social housing complex in the country. The new building combines 200 state homes, 76 non-state homes, around 3000 sqm of floor space for communal, support services, Kāinga Ora office, and commercial space.
Main work involves intumescent coating to over 13000m2 of steel structure and industrial coating.
