About Project:
The Indigo Hotel & Apartments project is a landmark development located at 51-53 Albert Street in Auckland, New Zealand. The hotel and apartments are being constructed on a compact site, featuring a small building footprint and a retained masonry heritage façade dating back to 1912. The 41-storey tower, will house 225 guest rooms and 13 floors of luxury apartments once finished.
Main work involves painting, wallpaper, intumescent coating, special finishes, Mapei Floor coating, line marking, and concrete sealers.
